Fabrication of Process Piping

Alloy Services provides fabricated pipe spooling to the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Power, Water, Mining (and similar) industries. We have developed systems and procedures to provide complete traceability of materials, consumables, operator qualifications inspection, testing activities and logistics.

For larger projects, we use a bar coding system to track materials from procurement, to fabrication to testing and final delivery of completed spools.

Our standard Inspection Test Plans and In-process Inspection Reports are provided with the detailed Manufacturer’s Data Report. These reports are compiled as each piece of work progresses. Our Quality Management System safeguards that all requirements outlined by International Standards are achieved.
