The sustainability of fabrication facilities within Australia is questionable, given the cyclical nature of construction. We simply do not have the fabrication capacity to support multiple large construction projects like those currently being planned. Skill shortages and inflated labour/steel costs are very real risks, and must be managed now to provide future stability.
With a strong presence in Asia and Australia, Alloy Services takes an end-to-end approach. Our goal is to take the stress and uncertainty out of project management and bring more than 15 years of Asia/Pacific experience to your next project. We assist with project management, design, fabrication, assembly, inspection and the eventual expediting of equipment.
Over the years our Directors have been responsible for Oil & Gas projects, Refinery and Power Station start-ups and more. They’ve also held interests in large fabrication facilities in Western Australia and understand first-hand, the importance of delivering a quality product, to time and budget.

- Design, workshop detailing, fabrication, assembly and function testing of mechanical equipment, pressure vessels, process piping, steel structures and replacement spares for the Mining, Chemical, Oil & Gas and Water industries.
- Management of projects including constructability review, progress monitoring, planning & logistics, quantity surveying, contract management, inspection, expediting to project handover and commissioning assistance.
